The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the inability to access it. The user uses the service at their own risk.

Graphic, textual, and software elements of the site are protected. Reviews quoted or paraphrased belong to their authors; they are used for analysis purposes under the short-quotation exception.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the competent French courts.
